Acceptance

By using CasaSettle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Service description

CasaSettle is a household expense tracker and settlement calculator. The service is free to use during the current beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future, with reasonable notice to existing users.

User responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter.
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

CasaSettle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The service is a calculation aid — it does not constitute financial advice. To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Casper Development SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of CasaSettle.

Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep CasaSettle available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be suspended for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CasaSettle after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
