CasaSettle is operated by Casper Development SRL, a Belgian company (VAT: BE1008870472). We are the data controller for all personal data processed through casasettle.xyz.

Data we collect

• Account information — name and email address, used for authentication and email notifications.
• Financial data — loan schedules, monthly charges, and settlement calculations you enter into the application.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the CasaSettle service: calculating settlements, generating summaries, and sending email notifications when requested.

Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except:

• Mailjet — used to send transactional emails (settlement summaries). Subject to Mailjet's privacy policy.

Data storage

All data is stored on a private server hosted in Europe (OVH, France). Data is not replicated to other regions.
